SoundCloud Meetup Torino #scmeetup
via flickr.comSoundCloud Meetup Torino took place yesterday, MAY 25 and SoundClouders from Torino SoundCloud Community finally met IRL for the first time!
The venue - Megabeatz Studio - happened to be located inside my ex-primary school, now a place for artists and musicians (photo).
A couple of SoundClouders got cool cameras and took photos of all the attendees. Hopefully the pics will be posted on SoundCloud Meetup Torino Facebook event. Stay tuned!

Turin Brakes @ sPAZIO211 - il Festival
via flickr.comTurin Brakes who preformed live at sPAZIO211 - il Festival in the city that inspired their name 10 years ago. I was in the 1st row and took this photo.
The public was singing along their singles ‘Underdog (save me), ‘Fishing for a Dream’, ‘Sea Change’ and other songs including ‘Wicked Game’ - best cover of Chris Isaac’s song I have heard so far! - from ‘Everybody Knows Everyday’s A Black Wicked Game’, the newly released covers EP that I bought and got signed from all the band members at the gig. However the version they played live is different from the ‘Wicked Game’ recorded on my brand new indie memorabilia. So this is another reason to go to see Turin Brakes live!
